RocketData signed an investment deal with one of the largest CIS geo services 2GIS to create new opportunities for business
We are happy to announce that we have signed a deal with a strategic investor — 2GIS.
2GIS is a member of the SberBank ecosystem and one of the largest geo services in CIS.
As part of this deal, RocketData attracts a large round of investments, and also partially sells shares of investors, founders and employees.

The received investments will be directed to the development of current products and the launch of new ones. In 2021, RocketData plans to release:

  1. A service for generating reviews, which allows you to send mailings to the company's client base with an appeal to leave a review for specific locations
  2. A recommendatory review response system that, based on machine learning, recommends the RocketData user specific response patterns for new reviews
  3. Widget with a map of the company's locations for a website
  4. Reviews widget for a company website
  5. Service for analyzing local search results with determining the positions of the client's locations
  6. Service for creating advertising campaigns from a single account in Google, Yandex, Facebook/ Instagram with geotargeting at the company's locations
  7. Aggregation service for Google My Business, Yandex.Directory, 2GIS chats which allows you to communicate with clients in various messengers from one account
  8. Geomarketing service for comparison with competitors

    2GIS signed binding documents for the investment and acquisition of 47% of RocketData. In the second half of 2021, the share of 2GIS is expected to increase to 88% after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals.

    Operational control of RocketData remains with the current project team.
